LR Health & Beauty has named Martin Lipp as its new Chief Financial Officer, as the company works to strengthen its management team during a period of transformation and growth. Lipp has also joined the company’s Executive Management Team.
As CFO, Lipp will lead Global Controlling & Finance, Legal, IT and Operations, taking on responsibilities that extend beyond the core finance function. He brings close to 20 years of leadership experience across international companies operating on three continents.
His career spans financial leadership roles in healthcare, consumer goods, automotive and renewable energy. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Brazil’s Correias Mercúrio Group and previously held the same role at Schletter Solar Group, where he helped guide the business through a successful transformation and supported its change of ownership. Earlier in his career, Lipp held senior finance positions at McKesson and Benteler Automotive.
LR operates a social commerce model built around nutritional supplements and beauty products, selling across 32 countries. Founded in 1985 and headquartered in Ahlen, Germany, the company has also developed strong expertise in Aloe Vera products through a major production facility in Ahlen.
CEO Jörg Körfer said Lipp brings valuable transformation expertise and strong know how in finance, operations and IT, supporting the company’s focus on profitability and sustainable growth.
