Business services startup Incorpify has announced a global partnership with Deel as it builds an artificial intelligence platform connecting the services companies need to launch, operate and expand internationally.
The deal links Deel’s global payroll, hiring, human resources and workforce management tools with Incorpify’s platform, which spans company formation, accounting, tax, banking, insurance and compliance.
Incorpify said the partnership fits its wider strategy of building an AI orchestration layer for business services, aiming to unify the multiple platforms and providers companies typically juggle when entering new markets. The company wants its technology to connect those services while maintaining company data, customer relationships and workflows across providers.
Luca Rubino, founder and chief executive of Incorpify, called the Deel partnership an important validation of the role the company is building in the market, noting that businesses need world-class solutions that work together rather than in isolation.
Deel provides infrastructure letting companies hire, manage and pay employees and contractors internationally, covering payroll, human resources, benefits, immigration and workforce administration.
Patrick Lannon, head of partnerships at Deel, said combining Deel’s employment infrastructure with Incorpify’s orchestration layer turns operational fragmentation into a single, coordinated experience for businesses scaling worldwide.
At the center of Incorpify’s platform sits a company record tracking ownership structures, compliance deadlines, financial data and business documents, powering AI workflows that prepare documentation and route tasks to relevant providers, with human professionals still handling regulatory review and final approval.
